What you get

One row per trending repository: rank, name, owner, link, description, language, total stars, stars gained in the period and forks.

How to use it

Choose the period: today, this week or this month. Optionally enter up to five programming languages, like python or rust, and a spoken language. Leave the languages empty to get the overall list.

Good to know

  • GitHub has no official API for trending repositories. This scraper reads the public Trending page, which lists up to 25 repositories per language.
  • Schedule it weekly to see which projects keep rising.
